
MANAGING DIRECTOR
In 1976, a twenty-year-old Dr. Subash Cipy founded a nano venture called Cipy in a small tin shed in India, with a meagre capital of INR 10,000. Over the decades, it grew into a 200+ Crore company under his watchful leadership. In 2001, after visiting a craft brewery in Germany, Dr. Cipy's passion for quality craft beers was ignited. He then established Oi Brewing Company in Shirwal, Pune in 2021. Oi broke stereotypes and led at the forefront of innovation to become India's first organic craft brewery with the largest production capacity in the region.

Roshan Cipy is a unique blend of creativity and technical skill, a modern-day polymath whose passions span from the digital to the natural world. As the director of Oi Brewing Company, he brings his vision to life with his team crafting delicious beers with organic ingredients and an unwavering commitment to environmental sustainability. This dedication to quality and conscious creation is a core part of the brewery's identity, mirroring Roshan's own values.

Why can’t you make a beer mindfully? Manu joined us as CEO with this question, guiding Oi to the intersection of sustainability and scale through a philosophy built on craft, organic purity and environmental responsibility. With close to two decades in national corporate roles, international academia and strategic consulting, Manu loves fermentation, building a movement where innovation, storytelling and community come together to redefine the way craft alcobev connects with culture.

HEAD BREWER 🍺
Chetan lives in the space where science meets instinct. As the Head Brewer at Oi Brewing Company, he makes sure every pint doesn’t just taste good—it feels right. Known for experimenting beyond the usual, his approach is simple: push boundaries, but never compromise on quality. Whether it’s a clean, crisp lager or a bold, citrusy IPA, every batch carries his signature—balanced, expressive, and just a little rebellious. "From grain to glass—Crafted with intent. MARKETING HEAD
Some people chase targets. He loses bets to them. With over a decade in the craft beer industry, Aaron has done the unthinkable, convincing die-hard beer loyalists to flirt with Lemon Seltzer (and actually come back for more). And somewhere along the way, he also used his hair as collateral while coming close to trying to sell an obnoxious amount of Seltzer in 6 months. Blending sharp marketing instincts with a slightly reckless sense of fun, he believes great drinks aren’t just made, they’re sold through stories, experiences, and a little bit of madness. At Oi, he’s on a mission to make craft more accessible, more exciting, and occasionally, more citrusy than expected.

BREWERY MANAGER
Having brewed in more than 13 craft breweries across 3 states, Hrishi has collected a wealth of experience, stories, and the occasional hangover while growing into a true beer troubleshooter. The Oi mothership runs under his watchful eye, where he also heads compliance—making sure every tank and piece of equipment operates at an optimal level.

MANAGER / SPECIAL PROJECTS
Ishaan is the go-to guy for raw ingredients at Oi Brewing Company. Blending a background in agriculture with a love for craft beer, he sources the finest grains to ensure every batch starts with the best organic ingredients possible. Beyond the farm, he spearheads our sustainability efforts—driving our goals for carbon neutrality, water conservation, and plastic positivity. And when he's not out in the field, you'll find him managing our 'Downpour' growler station and running our beer training programs.
